KERMIT TRANSPORTATIONS ZERO TOLERANCE INTOXICATING SUBSTANCE POLICY Kermit Transportations strives to protect public safety and has instituted a strict zero tolerance substance program. Chauffeurs are strictly banned from using intoxicating substances when providing transportation services. A violation of Kermit’s Zero Tolerance Intoxicating Substance Policy shall result in an immediate suspension followed by an internal investigation. Upon finding of a violation of the Zero Tolerance Policy the chauffeur shall be immediately banned from Kermit. If you reasonably suspect your chauffeur was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the course of the ride, please STOP THE RIDE IMMEDIATELY and report the incident
